It all begins with a blast! Your child’s cricketing journey starts here. The JUNIOR BLASTER program is aimed at kids aged 5 - 9 years and is designed to help build basic skills in a fast, fun environment. The MASTER BLASTER program is aimed at kids aged 7 - 12 years and is designed to introduce kids to organised matches in a fast, fun, modified format. It is played on Harrup Park’s main oval under lights on a Friday evening. All equipment is provided and sessions last 60 - 90 mins. Contact us to find out how you can get involved.

Cricket for girls has exploded onto the scene over the last few seasons with the Brisbane Heat successful in the WBBL and the amazing Women’s T20 World Cup showing how far female cricket has come. The Heat Girls League is a fun, friendly tournament for girls aged 11 - 17 years. Modified format matches played on Harrup Park’s main oval on a Friday afternoon. The fun and competition starts to ramp up across Stage 2 junior competitions with this team competing in a T20 tournament just like their heroes in the W/BBL. An opportunity for kids to learn more about the game and develop a love for cricket. Matches last 2 - 3 hours.

Under 14.
Stage 3 junior competitions see the teams competing in 25-over matches on turf allowing players to bat and bowl for longer. It is an opportunity for kids to further grow their love of the game as they develop as cricketers themselves. Matches last 2 - 4 hours.

The final stage of junior cricket, teams will compete for the ultimate junior title in 25-over matches on premium turf grounds. This is the final finishing school for players as they progress into senior competitions. Matches last 2 - 4 hours.
